Wow... dizzying overview. Wish I could upload it to my brain without having to plough trough. But it feels great to have a place to go to if and when I feel the need to replenish intellectually for the work my partner Neil Davidson and I are doing in And Now What (our initiative to invite people and organizations to face the reality of an ongoing socio-ecological collapse and deeply reconsider their choices and priorities while living the question: and now what?). Thank you for this amazing work of intellectual guidance you're doing, Michel!
Thank you for your reply. It is indeed meant as a guided bibliography, not a article 'to read in one go'. Nevertheless, I think it is useful to read the book descriptions, some of them might be exactly what you need in your own context. And see the 2 interviews at bottom. In my own perception, they are very lively about the insights of some of these listed authors.
And Now What - is governance literacy to shift from a representative democracy to include social governance. Research can only take us so far. We must then apply and evolve.
I have the governance literacy and application model. Hands on is what is next. We now know enough to see the horizon. And now we must start padding or pedaling to get there.
